Our products are oriented on the market's needs and have
the set of concurrent advantages, favorably separating
it from the products of our competitors. We have unique jams and jellies made from fruits harvested on our farm. Several of the wine grapes produced exciting and flavorful jellies.

The list of jellies and jams included Wild plum, chokecherry, raspberry, Brianna grape, Delaware grape, Canadice grape, Foch grape, and Fredonia grape.

We also offer a wide range of Nebraska Wines to include:

HARVEST WHITE: A dry white, aged blend of LaCrosse and Seyval.

EARL'S RESERVE: Our finest reserve wine made from DeChaunac grapes. This wine has spent three years in French Oak barrels.

WILD WEST RED: Made from a blend of Nebraska red grapes, this wine has a pleasant flavor and goes well with Italian foods.

CHOKECHERRY: Made from Dawes county chokecherries. Slightly sweet with a crisp fruity finish.

LACROSSE: Dry, white wine. Goes well with chicken.

BC BLUSH: Bourdeaus Creek Blush is a delicious blend of fruity Foch and Valiant. Sold Out.

NEBRASKA ROSE: Made from a blend of American grapes. Not too sweet or too dry makes this a perfect gift. Cheesecake is a wonderful companion with this wine.

STAR-CROSSED: Blends of Prairie-Star grape with LaCrosse. An off-dry white wine.

SEYVAL: A classic grape grown at Bird Song Vineyards at Blair.

EDELWEISS: This wine has a full fruity flavor with a crisp bouquet. Fresh fruits & salads accompany this wine marvelously.

SWENSON RED: This is a unique wine made from the Swenson Red grape which is red in color when ripe and creates a beautiful white wine. It has a smooth finish with citrus notes.

SWEET MEAD: Made from Dawes county clover honey.

STRAWBERRY SENSATION: Apple and strawberry is packed with the aroma of fresh fruit.

RASPBERRY PASSION: This delicious desert wine is made from raspberries smooth and sweet reminding you of the fruit that created it.

CAYUGA WHITE: A smooth, semi-sweet wine.

CANYON SUNRISE: Semi-sweet white wine. Made from the Edelweiss grape has a delightful apple aroma.

LOUP RIVER BLUSH: A blend of fine Nebraska grapes to include Foch.

DECHAUNAC: A fine, smooth, dry red wine. Goes well with Italian foods.

CATAWBA HOUSE BLEND: A refreshing, fruit flavor. Great on a hot afternoon!
